As founder of this company, I would like to provide a brief introduction of myself and history. I am Pheshetta Thomas. I graduated from Wingate University School of Pharmacy in 2008. I worked for Eckerd turned Rite Aid Pharmacy for about 7 years and CVS Pharmacy for about 15 years in addition to my previous 5 years as a pharmacy technician. As a retail Pharmacist, I didn't have as much time to spend with my patients as I wanted. Especially not for non-dispensing tasks like helping patients with their technology questions or advocating for them. I understood that it was hard for them to ask questions or receive quality education in a fast-paced busy environment, let alone reach someone on the phone to consult with. I am also aware that some patients who are discharged from the hospital with instructions to discontinue or start new medications get home and are confused about what to do, especially if they never even receive the new medications from the pharmacy. I started this business in hopes of bridging those gaps and helping patients at home where they are comfortable and have access to their medications and where I am able to give them the time and attention needed to truly be helpful.
